Sophia Lamontagne This is one of those rare albums that just grabbed me. I loved the first song I played, and every single one that followed. A sassy blend of Bungle-esque avant garde madness, sexy fun swinging jazz, hard hitting metal breakdowns, fun catchy songs, and emotional reflection. My top track is a split between Shackles, and Wash Day.

This is my top pick for new album of the year so far. I love this so much that I'm showing everyone I know this. Favorite track: Shackles.

Nick Nelson An album filled to the brim with theatrics and energy, plus multiple female vocalists. Win win

Thomas D This band is unique, you don't need to listen very long to realize that. It's a very fine line, the art of chaos with the beauty of melodies and riffs - these individuals walk it perfectly! I just wish there was more albums. Favorite track: Elephant Graveyard.
